The advance payment is collected to reserve the selected vehicle and secure availability for the agreed rental period. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or no-show, the advance payment will not be refunded.
However, at the sole discretion of the company, the advance payment may be carried forward as a credit for a future booking within a specified validity period. Such credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to availability at the time of the future booking.
